01. Implementation Intelligence Pilot – Practice Development
Developing Implementation Intelligence through application in a real implementation environment.
A field-based research and development pilot for organisations working with complex implementation contexts.
The pilot applies the emerging Implementation Intelligence practice to a defined, live implementation environment, using real organisational and operational conditions to develop and test the observation practice, supporting instruments and professional approach.
For: Organisations implementing strategies, programmes, frameworks, standards or transformations across multiple people, functions or organisations.

Developing a new educational architecture through real cross-cultural and cross-sector application.
A university-based development pilot for testing an educational model designed to develop the capacity to operate across cultures, sectors and contexts.
The pilot applies the proposed Universal Design Curriculum through sustained cultural immersion, cross-sector exposure, practitioner and expert learning, self-directed study, real-world application and whole-person development.
For: Universities, Master's programmes, higher-education institutions, professional education providers and Erasmus+ partners.

The pilot brings together the WSTIF integrity framework, activity classification, Risk Amplifier analysis, operational profiling and destination-level analysis to examine how activities and cross-cutting phenomena can be understood and governed within a defined environment.
For: Destination authorities, tourism authorities, destination organisations, municipalities, regulators, cultural organisations, professional associations and other organisations involved in wellness and spiritual tourism governance.

Yun Consultancy supported Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, through Green Globe certification implementation, sustainability management system development, sustainability initiatives and staff engagement.

Yun Consultancy supported Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, through Green Globe certification implementation, sustainability management system development, sustainability initiatives and staff engagement.

From Sustainability Strategy to Destination Resilience: Diagnosing Implementation Conditions in Greek Tourism Destinations
A research presentation examining why growing sustainability and resilience strategies do not necessarily translate into implementation capacity at destination level.
Using Greece as the national context and Kefalonia as a destination-level case, the research examines governance fragmentation, policy-to-operator translation, seasonal workforce continuity, destination data and implementation continuity, and how existing tourism instruments address these conditions.
Research contribution: The paper proposes that implementation conditions should be assessed before sustainability strategies, funding programmes and resilience measures are deployed, making the implementation environment visible alongside existing destination planning instruments.
