Yun Consultancy is selecting established professionals and organisations to lead local Nodes. One Node will be appointed for each selected sector in each country.

This is an opportunity to establish a long-term leadership position and develop a new commercial activity in your sector.

Build the Infrastructure
Built on the Implementation Intelligence research programme, the Node model aims to establish locally led coordination infrastructure connecting SMEs, sector organisations and implementation professionals around shared transition priorities.

Its purpose is to strengthen sector-wide implementation capacity and help businesses navigate sustainability standards, certification alignment, capability development and the green and digital transition.

The objective is lasting sector coordination and practical implementation, not isolated consultancy assignments.

A Complete Implementation Intelligence Methodology Package to Develop it

The commercially licensed partnership provides access to the research, frameworks, methodologies, systems, tools and professional support needed throughout the development process.

The Implementation Intelligence Methodology Package covers:
  • Assessment & SIIL Diagnostic Scans: understanding implementation conditions and identifying sector needs.
  • Stakeholder Workshops: engaging relevant actors and validating priorities.
  • Training & Capability Building: strengthening professional skills, workforce capabilities and organisational capacity.
  • Sector Transition Pathways: translating findings and priorities into structured development plans.
  • Coordination Infrastructure Development: establishing the foundations for local coordination and progressing towards a locally operated, continuing implementation structure.
A Long-Term Commercial Opportunity

This is a commercial partnership, which combines local assessment, workshops, training and implementation activities with the longer-term opportunity to establish and lead sector coordination infrastructure.

The objectives are to develop recurring commercial activity and a lasting professional position within the sector.

Initial activation requires dedicated resources. Depending on the country, sector and available funding opportunities, suitable funding routes may be explored to support this phase. The Node also has a role in connecting available resources with agreed SME implementation priorities.

Commercial terms, licensing arrangements, activation requirements and potential returns are discussed with qualified candidates.
Your Role as a Country Node

You lead the local development and long-term operation of the infrastructure.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Bringing sector credibility, experience and established local relationships.
  • Building engagement with SMEs, sector organisations and relevant institutions.
  • Identifying local needs and leading assessment, stakeholder engagement and pathway development.
  • Developing local implementation and professional capacity.
  • Identifying and mobilising resources for infrastructure activation.
  • Supporting the direction of available implementation funding towards agreed SME transition priorities.
  • Progressing the establishment and operation of the coordination infrastructure.
  • Document implementation successes, challenges and failures to strengthen your local implementation knowledge and capcity.

Yun Consultancy provides the research foundation, licensed package, underlying system and initial development support. You provide the local leadership and sector knowledge.

Who should apply?
We are interested in established professionals or organisations with:
  • Strong experience and credibility in their sector.
  • Knowledge of the local SME landscape and business environment.
  • Established professional and institutional networks.
  • Experience in sustainability, standards and certification, business development, capacity building or sector transformation.
  • The ability to lead and develop a long-term initiative.

You do not need to be an expert in every technical area. Sector leadership, local and cultural knowledge, and the ability to connect the right expertise are essential.
