1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the SiApp platform ("the Platform"), operated by PT Yun Consultancy Indonesia, a company registered in Indonesia ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and the Company upon account creation.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service
The Platform provides digital learning content and operational guidance related to sustainability implementation and communication within the hospitality sector.

The Platform does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws applicable to their operations.

Users remain fully responsible for operational decisions made based on the Platform content.

3. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by hospitality professionals, organizations, and individuals with an interest in sustainability implementation and related training.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are authorized to use the Platform on behalf of your organization, if registering for a business account; or
• You are using the Platform in your personal capacity for lawful and legitimate purposes.

If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration
To access certain features, users must create an account.
Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend accounts if misuse is detected.

5. Subscription and Payments
Access to certain content requires a paid subscription per property.

Subscriptions:

• Are billed monthly or annually
• Renew automatically unless cancelled
• Are non-transferable

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Where required by law, local VAT/GST or equivalent taxes may be added.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, structure, training modules, templates, and visual elements, is owned by the Company or licensed to it.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Resell
• Distribute
• Modify
• Reproduce

any content without written permission.

Internal organizational use is permitted within the subscribed property.

7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform
• Share access credentials outside the subscribed organization

8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is".
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of business
• Operational decisions made by users
• Third-party actions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections under applicable local laws.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
