SiApp is a subscription-based professional software service (SaaS) provided by Yun Consultancy.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Nature of the ServiceSiApp provides immediate access to digital content, tools, and implementation resources upon activation.
Because the service is delivered instantly and continuously, subscription fees are generally
non-refundable once access has been granted.2. Trial PeriodWhere a free trial or evaluation period is offered, users are encouraged to fully assess the suitability of the service before purchasing a subscription.
No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after the trial period ends.
3. Cancellation PolicySubscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation will:- Stop future billing cycles
- Maintain access until the end of the current billing period
- Not trigger a refund for the unused portion of the current period
4. Exceptional Refund RequestsRefunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges
- Proven technical failure preventing access to the service
- Billing errors attributable to the payment processor
- Legal requirements under applicable consumer protection laws
All requests must be
submitted within seven (7) days of the charge date.5. ExclusionsRefunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of use or engagement
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes or implementation results
- Organizational changes or internal approval issues
6. Payment ProcessingPayments are securely processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued through the original payment method via the payment processor.
Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
7. Business CustomersSiApp is primarily a professional tool intended for organizations and business users.
By subscribing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into a commercial agreement.
8. Legal RightsNothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Where local regulations provide additional protections, those rights will apply.

10. Annual Subscription TermsAnnual plans provide a reduced rate in exchange for a longer commitment period.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase and provide access to the service for twelve (12) months.
Because the annual plan offers a discounted rate compared to monthly billing and grants immediate access to all features, payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
Cancellation of an annual subscription will:- Prevent automatic renewal at the end of the term
- Maintain access for the remainder of the paid period
- Not result in a partial refund for unused time
Early Cancellation WindowRefund requests for annual subscriptions may be considered
if submitted within seven (7) days of the initial purchase, provided that the service has not been substantially used. After this period, annual payments are non-refundable.
